Dr. Syed Sharjeel Ahmed (CEO/ Stage Director), has been active in developing Dancing as a platform for Performing Arts in the D.C. region since 2009. He has successfully organized events in the US and in Pakistan. He has received formal training in Direction and has acted in plays since his years at Baqai Medical College as a student and last year (2011) at Harris Theater (GMU). He is engaged in IT and business in the U.S. Dr. Sharjeel Ahmed has published his English and Urdu poetry books in 2023. Urdu Poetry book ” Sahar-e-Ishq and and English Poetry book ” Enigmatic Love ” . He has won a poetry award in 2007.
Shahzad Ahmad (Writer), is a trained engineer but has a keen interest in all things art. He plays multiple musical instruments including flute, piano, and drums. He has been writing since his teenage years at Government College Lahore. He writes both prose and poetry. His witty nature and sense of humor make a way into his writings.
Jamal Najmi (Production Manager), is a Project Manager in the field of Information Technology where he manages projects. Jamal has a deep interest in Urdu/Hindi as a medium to entertain kids. He has written and launched entertaining children’s books online. Jamal Najmi was one of the producers of our first play.
